Prior to delivering an onsite course, our instructors hold conference calls and discussions with company representatives to gain insight into backgrounds and roles of attendees, your desired outcome for the training, and any special areas of emphasis. The delivery of our training is then tailored to your audience.

One of our most popular offerings is our Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Weekend Program

This PMP Certification program is conducted in a four-day format (2 Saturdays & 2 Sundays), allowing participants to complete the 35 hours of instruction in two weekends. Unlike other programs, this format provides greater retention of the knowledge areas and tailors the time spent on each topic to be consistent with the level of content and complexity. The program covers each PMBOK 5th edition process group and knowledge area and meets the minimum contact hours of education required by PMI.
